btw, what color blue is that? i want to paint my trim pieces, but i'd rather go blue than silver. know the paint code?

on a side note, where can i get plasti-cote (kote?) paint? autozone--which i'm convinced really, really sucks--only has dupli-color.

for one, i did paint the top.... and actually the top and bottom are one big peace. I painted it a glossy black. I didnt want to paint it anything too brite on top for look reasons and i dont want the car lookin like a rainbow. It took me about 13 hours total..... including breaks, removing the dash took about 2 alone, and 20 min to put back... Requires special tools, but once you do it, its easy... I could probably do it in like 30 min now. But yeah, if any one is interested on how or paint or anything, just hit me up.

All that work you did taking everything out and you only did inserts and pieces?
I did the entire thing! Even the steering wheel.

Like I said in my earlier post, I did do EVERY piece. The black is sanded and then used glossy paint so it gives it a shinny look and a smooth feel. The pillars are and silver... The pics really are not that great, it looks really clean and good in person. Also you said in your other post in the Member Rides forum that it is my time wasted. I think that was a bit rude to say, and I dont my time was wasted one bit. I took my time. sanded every little piece down to give it a smooth and nice finish. Lets see some pics of your. Now painting the steering wheel to me for one did not seem like a good idea because of the constant wear on it, plus to me i think that might look ghetto. And that would be time wasted considering once I am not lazy I will be installing me new steering wheel. But yeah, post some pics, i would like to see how yours came out and your choice in colors.
