Just get done washing my car the other day and it was perfect and what happens.....it F'ing rains

ya but its still the best... atleast we dont get rain 6 months out of the year. or heavy *** snow.
cali you got perfect 80 degree weather in the middle of winter.. cant get better then that.
it rains what 2 weeks-1 month out of the year and we bitch about it, i dunno for me, it couldnt get any better then this. well more snow in the mountains could be better.. socal snowboarding sucks

i just got back from mr. bluelight's house... there was a big accident on the 605.... at least a good 10 cars were involved and 4 of them were totalled.... front ends and back ends were gone.... bah!!! i hate driving during the rain.... I agree... I had this moron glare at me and pass me this morning because I was doing 65 mph when I had only about 2 car visability. The funny part is that when it kinda cleared and we were stuck in gridlock..... he ended up about 4 cars behind me in the "faster" lane. haha

i really dont mind the rain... well at least i DID not mind the rain, until i got my aem cai, with no bybass valve. my dad trips out and says i am going to ruin my car. but on the bright side of things, i get a 2001 ford f150 supercrew to roll around in. no system, no stick, no exhaust, no intake... i want the rain to stop (or not be broke as f*** so i can buy a bypass valve)

alright, now today sucks.. i know my cars not that low but i'm so paranoid of water getting into my muffler... all the streets here are flooded, people driving at like 2 mph...i remember when i was a kid i used to tell my parents to drive over puddles faster, now that its my car n i'm driving i understand why they wouldnt listen to me..

I've done some searching, but I want to make sure that I am perfectly clean on this aspect. From what I have read, it's said that if you have a cai, I have an AEM system, with out a bypass valve..... you are okay as long as the filter does not become COMPLETELY submerged in water. So my understanding would be that if water is being splashed onto the filter from the tires, that this is not a problem. Am I correct in saying this? I work in Cerritos, CA.... and right now it's coming down pretty hard, so I just wanted to be clear on this issue.

ahahahahaha the rain is cool. There were some puddles along the side of the road so I drive through them and splash alot of water. its pretty fun. haha the funny thing was when there were 2 high school kids walking. I didnt wanna get them bad so I just drove into the side of the puddle and a big splash of water came up and the 2 kids only got a lil wet ahaha. Then after work in the High School parking lot, I just braked hard and slid. Then drove forward with some speed, and then turned the wheel hard. haha fun stuff. my friend peeled out goin uphill at a yield. only got one rear tire spinning.
