SoCal cleared headlights

Any1 in the socal area familiar with the laws regarding cleared headlights? Is it illegal to have any color turn signal besides amber? If any, what colors are legal?

From what I remember no other color is legal only amber and not just the bulb you need a reflector in the headlight too!

"24953. (a) Any turn signal system used to give a signal of
intention to turn right or left shall project a flashing white or
amber light visible to the front and a flashing red or amber light
visible to the rear."

taken from... www.leginfo.ca.gov

cleared headlights themselves arent illegal but the turn signals must blink white or amber. not hyperwhite but white. and i think hyperwhite lights are illegal too. but hey who cares, cops arent really going to harrass you for it. even if they do, its just a fix-it ticket which is like $12 and doesnt go on your record. i've had mine for over a year and no ticket. also had my tint for over a year and no ticket. chances are cops arent going to get you for it unless if you get pulled over for speeding or something and your an *** to them.

its not exactly blue. you could tell the difference between the blue on cop cars and hyperwhites... and i highly doubt its $200. it might be $200 if you dont fix it but if you get it taken care of(meaning going back to the police station to show you replace the bulbs) then its only a nominal fee which covers the processing fee. but ya $200 just for wrong bulbs is absurd, running a stoplight was only $100 for me, i dont think something as simple as colored bulbs is double that...

no, it is NOT 200 dollars You first fix it ticket is 10$, second is around 80$ and then thereafter it gets higher...but they're not gonna immediately give you a 200$ fine for your first fix it ticket.

he probably was using the "scare tactic"... is the 2nd one even 80? cause my friend got caught with no front plate like 4 times and the last time he paid was only like 60... it doubled each time... when i got my seatbelt ticket, it was 20, then they said the 2nd one was going to be 50.
