yea, its after i take the nut off, thers this plastic and washer thing that i dunno how to take off. any ideas any one reading this?

you mean that little metal clip that's holding onto the all the washers and stuff right?

you basically have to pry it off. and reassemble the bar and the nut. does that make sense?
