Need Help with Door Panel Removal & Rocking Chair

Hey guys,
So I need some help with some small stuff with the car.

First, I'd like someone who knows how to fix the rocking problem/disassemble the driver/passenger seats. I purchased the washers/spacers/screws that were listed here: https://www.civicforums.com/forums/1...seat-rock.html

Additionally, I need some help taking the driver's side door panel off. My driver's side window sometimes gets stuck on something in the door - i think it may be rubbing against the dynomat in my car.

So if someone were willing to help me fix my rocking seat problem and take off the driver's side door panel, I'd be much obliged. I'm sure I could do it myself, but would like assistance from someone more tech savvy. I'd definitely buy you lunch/dinner or a 12 pack of whatever you want.

Thanks,

Joe

ok, thanks. i guess i'll give it a shot this weekend. The rocking seat fix probably isn't as complicated as it seems, so I don't really want to do this without supervision... but if i don't get any volunteers, I guess I'll have to.
