depends, some cars has problems because of the tranny. auto trannys tend to be a lil larger than manuals. depending on where the location is in the engine bay.

well the cold air intakes my company sells fit both manual and auto as long as they are non SI models but there has been one complaint about fitment so far. I guess it depends.
