You can get away with 17 or 18 inch rims with the 8th gens, I think 18s would look nice because the 8thgens are so wide and bulky. It depends on what you're trying to achieve, do you want an all black civic? or maybe black with white? Black with silver? it's really up to you in terms of what you want and how much money you have to spend. You can get least expensive rims made by Konigs, Draggs Rotas, or you can spend a grand - 2 grands on JDM forged rims. I recommend checking honda-tech.com -they have a great classifieds forum and you can pick up a nice set with tires for cheaper than buying brand new.
