you dont really need to go into third gear on gmr. you can leave it in d2. You basically do all of gmr in second gear.

i like ACH because it has those straights where you can gain speed and also have high speed corners instead of those hairpin tight slow corners of GMR. IF only ACH was cleaner and had less rocks and stuff, i'd go up there alot more.
