johns right you dont need washers for rsx seats. check your bolts, they might have been bolting in slightly off.

the problem is that we couldnt get all 4 of my bolts to line up that well and one corner kept on rocking (due to boring out the whole too big?), but i added a washer or two and the rocking stopped.
