i need a place that will deal with lowered cars and will gladly let me have -.5 to -1.0 camber in my rear tires, local to disneyland or little saigon area.

Any place will do an alignment for you and set it to whatever specs you want. The only issue is almost all places will not warranty the alignment because of the modified suspension. Les shawb will do it for you, or tire factory.

I'm asking because when I had s techs on stock shocks this place I took my car to, kept complaining how I need a camber kit and how they think im a gangster because of my low car.

and my last alignment was with this shop that claimed they had an alignment machine but it turns out they had someone drive my car some place else. The alignment was good but I don't like being lied to/charged by the middle man.

Around here, the going price is 70 bucks. Just pull up to a shop and ask what kind of alignment rack they have. If they cant answer you, or show you, then forget them. 60 bucks for all corners is pretty cheap, and I'd be suspect of their job. You probably will need a camber kit though, there isn't much adjustability with the stock camber arms- just moving them within the bolt hole.
