theres a place in gardena called Boltons Classic Wheels. they charge pretty cheap. i got my 18 inch rims repaired for $100 for all four. all of them had curb damage, 1 wasnt round anymore, and and 1 was cracked. they fixed them and they all looked new.

EDIT-
the number is 310-763-6621
