is the car giving you problems?
do you have enough income to pay all your bills and have money to put away to save?
where do you see yourself in the next couple years after you're done paying off the car?
if you plan on modifying the civic further, are you prepared to do the costly necessary maintenance on the car?
are you more happy with your car without having to pay a bill for it every month or would you rather have a nicer car and start all over paying a monthly bill for it?
some things to ask yourself because in the end, it's going to be you that makes that decision...

Well said OG viper bro ha.
The car should last quite a while longer. With the money you save monthly by not having to pay for another vehicle...you could be using it on other things. Everyone is in different financial situations, so you just have to take a look at things for yourself.

Invest in something that appreciates...invest in property.
Car is nice to have but in the end you lose money.
House is nice to have and in a little as a year you can sell for profit and just buy a S2000 with cash.

I agree with LIKEaFeRiO, you should just save your money and invest it. I was in your position like a year ago after I graduated and started working. I had the funds for an s2k and was going to keep the vic for daily but I just kept saving my $$$ b/c now I know that having a house or investing in your future is much more important. Once you get to that point in your life, you'll have some $$$ to play with and you can buy all the toys you want
Its a celebration bitches!

do you have 5-8 g's to waste on upgrades for a swap? if not, save your money and spend on something that will gain money in the near future...

Save Your Money. It's Better If You Buy Another Instead Of Putting So Much Time In To The Civic. I Will Be Buying An Rsx In The Near Future, But Yes If You Are Ready To Invest Buy A Home, Townhouse, Or A Condo.
