I dunno, its up to you, but just because someone posted pictures of some ballasts all piled up doesnt make me wanna get rid of mine. If they break, then ill just get new ones. I dont think they should be out of the question. Besides, how do you know that they dont have other piles of other brand HIDs? Thats probably country-wide returns, and im sure there are other places that have piles like that of other brands. Im sure that thats also a pile thats collected over a long period of time, so to me, those pictures dont mean much.
true dat robbie...i actually have second thoughts...at least they take care of the defective products and send you working ones...im still interested

Trust me go OEM all the way...I went thru 3 HID plug n play kits (japan made)and all went crap on me. That was about 8 bills down the drain. And yes one of my kit was mcculochs.

my prolumens I got from Jay have been fine and i've had them almost a year.
sometimes I miss my high beams, but i've only wanted them to flash people 2 or 3 times.

I do not really want to sound like the evil person here and screw up George's HID thread, however, I just don't want people to go through the same problem as those people who owned those ballasts in the pictures went through. My boss used to work for Mcculoch, and he tells me these things from first hand experiences. So feel free do buy whatever brands you would like, don't make me ruin some of you guy's ideas about Mcculochs, you make the decision...
Reputable HID guy right there along with GANG BANG DANG THANG MANG. hahhhaa
