to melt the silicone, how long should i "bake" them for?

Silicone?!?!? If your headlights are stock, than its tar. You dont even need to put them in the oven!!! Just take the clips off, find a nice grove in the plastic, and slowly pull apart with your hands.

Nothing should get damaged. Just make sure to keep an eye on them. Wear some gloves, dont be afraid to keep checking.

I remember Chase was ripping apart headlights at the DIY meet at ^ Dan's house. hahahaa NUTS man nuts...

Maybe Chase could go for the world record. Ask all the people that want to clear/black/retro their headlights to donate lights to Chase to rip apart. aHAHAHAHAHAH
