Need a great advice...
Hey guys how can I sell my car if the bank doesn't want it back?? I don't have the title, nor will the bank allow me to sell it. Is there any legal way to sell it? The car is registered under my name, but the bank has the title. What should I do, give it for $3000 for junk yard? I'm all confused. Can anyone advice me please.
wait what happen? if you plan on selling it how much and give all the info like miles, auto or stick and what not cause i might have someone that might want it.. i dont understand tho.

you sell it to whoever you want, take that money and whatever else you owe if any and pay the rest of the car off and when the pink slip gets to you a few weeks later, you sign it over to the new owner.
why would you consider a junk yard?
what happened to it...
I'm assuming since you say the bank doesnt want it that something happened to it...
you need to leave more details if you want people to help you.
not just..."i want to sell my car, what should I do?"
let us know...

eh i see this happen all the time. what ends up happening is the customer doesnt pay(or surrender the car), we repo the car, we sell it at the auction for dirt cheap, the cust is stuck with the deficiency, he doesnt pay, we sue, we win.
yeah pretty much the best way out is to pay off the car. Take out a personal loan. or find someone who can take over payments. or do what chaco(civicsoulja) said.
