My friend has had his store open for about a year now, and he's trying to expand his line of customers right now, but mainly does business around this area. okay yea 562 i'm talking about is CERRITOS! my friend and I are in cerritos, and yes he can install for you depending on what you want installed i suppose. because he does his selling mainly by word of mouth, etc. he just does all his stuff out of his garage basically. but in terms of the PARTS, he gets them DIRECTLY from whatever company you want parts from, brand new in the box and yea you wont have to pay for shipping if you wont mind the drive, cuz i know shipping can be a bitch on most car parts because of the size and weight. so just hit me up an IM, PM or E-mail, if you're interested. thanks guys

well it might have been cuz you've talked to my friends partner. As of recently, he's doing the business HIMSELF now, because his partner wasn't doing jack for the business or for the customers. He was just using the business and sources to just hook himself up with parts for his own car, so maybe that's why. But all I have to say it's gotten that much better. If that helps any. And I dont know who you've heard about Wide Open Throttle from, but if you personally haven't had bad business, then there's no need to bag on the business, or say things like that... am i not correct?

What you say is true. I have not personally had bad transactions from this company, but my friend ordered some kind of throttle body for his domestic and it arrived 3 weeks late. We called regarding his product and the guy on the other line was being the biggest douche ever.

with that said: -1 for the douche on the other line.
+1 if your friend can change WOT's image through my eyes. (first impression didn't go so well.)

and like i said, it's probably my friends "ex-partner".. he didnt do jack for the customers or for the business as i said in my post, and i'm sorry for his incompetence in business skills, etc. but yea since now everything is run by my friend alone, things wont be crappily handled.

alright i was right, i'm pretty sure it was a different "wide open throttle" i serached on google, and it came up, that one is called "Wide Open Throttle MOTORSPORTS", my friends company is just plain "Wide Open Throttle", but that still holds, about me saying he's doing the business solo now.
