How do i get a "trial by declaration form"? On my letter it says if youre not guilty write "not guilty" on the check but where do i write that on the check? Cuz i think i can beat this dam speeding ticket and payment of $181 is due on the 21st

I think you write it on the memo area on your check along with the citation number.
