Al and Ed's is prolly 50% overpriced, and if you read the fine print you have to purchase installation at full price for the deal. I bought a lot of my stuff online for almost 50% from an authorized retailer.
Also, think how many people prolly took their cars there today

i still wouldn't buy anything from them...there are a lot better independent shops...I have chosen to buy pretty much all of my stuff from Sounddomain, and I am mos def happy with what i got.

If you are looking for a good amp to power components or a sub this is a great amp...PG Ti Elite 600.2
I use this same amp to power my components...it can either put out 150x2 at 4 ohms for comps, or 600 watts x1 at 2 or 4 ohms for a subs. With two of these amps, you system would be set. I price matched it for $300, and it retailed for $800+ (and they sold it for $700+). It is last years model, But it is PGs last line of amps made in the USA, and it was their top of the line amps line.

Iceman, remember if you want to get a good deal from Sounddomain you have to use their price match. Try matching off of Onlinecarstereo.com, woofersetc.com, Ikesound.com, carmedia1.com etc. They will not price match everything, but they do a lot of stuff.
it's all about who you know. i used to have my hook up at al and eds and i got stuff at ebay prices and not need to have things installed. i can still get a hook up there now, but not a great one. it's all good.
