DC doesn't give much at all if anything. I have an EX and though the downpipe is bigger the Ceramic DC I have didn't really do that much. I'm not sure any of them really do actually. I've heard better things about the gains off the Kamikaze but better things surrouding quality with the DC.
meh..either way it beats what you have but if you must go aftermarket then DC isn't bad. I got a ceramic for sale...lol

well....im broke n no matter what, the DC header is hella more expensive than stock EX and since you guys seem to agree that da DC will only give 2HP gain, I think the stock one will do. In da end, I just really need it to fabricate in an RSX-S muffler (just for looks, heheh)

the main diff in the EX vs the DC or any aftermarket is the flange inside the piping...well that and the DC just looks better
The overall diameter of the DC isn't that much bigger....if you get a chance to put the two next to each other you'll see what I mean.

the runners look on the dc exhaust header looks like the same as the stock ones... if you want real performance headers for your car, get the full race header from kamakazie(sp?)... those look as big as the exhaust runners from a turbo manifold...

My original plan was to fabricate an RSX-S muffler on my car, but since i'm already at it, i thought I might as well change the whole exhaust system.
My new plan now is change to an EX cat and downpipe, 2.25 piping, and now i'm trying to decide whether to go aftermarket, or stock EX header
remember guys, I have a wife and a kid to feed....literally.... so i'm not really trying to splurge

^^^^ get a used HP ex header...it goes around 50$ish....and it will give more power the stock or DC will ever give out. HP header has a bigger diameter.
i still need to get my rsx-s muffler welded on...dang i hate the look up the stock muffler's tip...damn pewny lil thing. i wonder if it will make any sound w/ stock piping
