Any nascar folk in here
Hahaha i know it sounds wild. Im not a nascar fan myself but i saw there is gonna be 3 events this weekend at the california speedway in fontana.
Guess its the southern california part of the nascar series...

I really dislike Nascar b/c I don't see whats so good about it. All these drivers have to do is smash the gas pedal and turn the steering wheel slightly to the left and try to pass people while going in circles (kinda like go karts). I'm not dissing on you Nascar fans or anything, but why do people like is so much? B/c they're going 200+ mph?

willow springs, turn 9, 100mph is hard thing to do on my slow civic cause i have be inches away from the apex berm and exit berm to get max speed
nothing is as easy as you think in racing.
plus, why are you knocking go kart racing. have you tried real go kart racing like i have. i have go karted with spec miata, honda challenge, autoXer, and pro formula D drifters. its where we all learn our craftmanship cause everything happens so fast and you need to react to it quickly. where do u think all formula 1 drivers started from
no form of racing is easy. road racing, autoXing, drifting, karting, rallying

Rep Power: 331 Nascar is boring IMO...I give them all credit for the sport because it takes a lot of skill and training to be up to that level, but just watching it bores me. haha.

NASCAR racing is a big turn off because the cars have no resemblance to the factory cars. They take fwd drive 6 cyl cars and convert them to tube frame, RWD, carburated engines circling a track. When they road race it is pretty cool, but then again some teams use ringers for these events

Rep Power: 294 Nascar is cool, when they go to the pits and they do that work under a minute! I Live 1 mile east of the Speedway they shut down all the streets to get to Ontario Mills including: Valley, 4th street, 15 freeway at 4th street! Dumb *** Fontana and Ontario PD!
