update: 7/28/04 RSX GAUGE CLUTER CONVERSION. NEW PICS
OK guys just got in from fabing the new bezl...took me about 5 hr to finaly get it to shape so ya some time was put in, its kinda like widdleing with out the wood..lol my fingers are raw from sanding with 80 grit...but here it is
these first pics are it in raw form after the curing of the kitty hair, looks like a mess huh...

these pics are of it after a few hrs of sanding and shaping...not an easy job, back breaking and skin ripping is what you have to look forward to when doing this..

I believe the header is the female end, housing is the male end, double lock is a plug locking device (?), contacts are just the pins that go into the header or housing.

this hasnt been decided as of yet, once we collect all the time and money spent to make this project happen will let you know, for now were still in the design section, but just to let you know there will only be a few made till we figure out how to make the rsx plugs or find a sub for the actual pluge,( kinda like a limited edition) we got the civic part firgured out we just need the RSX now, for the mean time we will try and find more RSX harness to make the conversion happen and sell them like that..

UPDATE: ok i spent some time tonight doing the body wrk on the new bezl, I still new to fine tune some pin holes and straiten up some crazy looking lines on the top left portion of the bezl. but it seem's to be coming out cool...
sorry about the pics they came out kinda dark because of the blk primer i used but you can get the picture, also the if it looks like it not lineing up right, thats because the cluster wsnt mounted to the bracket and was just siting in there for the sake of the picture..
what do ya think..?
