you know what cali needs to do, let people pay like 50 bucks a year to not have the plate on there car, now i would pay that. just like the custom plate thing, they pay 100 a year for that.
i just find it funny how it takes about 10 min for a cop to give you a $10 ticket, when the state is lossing money just for having the cop pull you over.
