JDMCIVIC, another victim to Socal's curse
So I was driving home the other day from school (calpoly) on the 10W and I was minding my business and cruising when I see this car cominig up fast behind me. It was a 6thgen black coupe and it was speeding obviously. Well it started coming up on my right pretty quick so I just drive normally because I was always see people speed anyways. To get to the point the car changed into my lane without seeing me and side swiped the passenger side of my car causing me to do a 180 and slamming into the center divider. The bad news is that the Son of a b took off so I was pissed and left me on the side of the road. I was so glad that a very nice lady pulled over with me so I have a witness god bless her. After the chp came I gave them a description of the car and the went looking for it. About 15 mins later they told me they caught the person. It was some stupid 
lady driving. At first the cops told me she said she didnt know anything and was wondering why they pulled her over. Then after the cop interrogated her a little she confessed and said that she was scared so she took off. She was taken into their custody and was charged with hit and run. So now the car is in the shop and Im driving a stupid dodge rental car. Im currently awaiting on insurance and stuff to go through until I can know exactly whats gonna happen. I dont have any pics right now but Ill post some up when I get the chance. The good news is that I wasnt hurt badly I have a few bruises and some back pain 
but thats not going to stop me from suing her ***. This all happend on the 17 this past tuesday so Im still recovering. I just wanted to vent a little to my fellow 7thgeners. This sucks b/c now Im part of the list of a handful of ppl that fuc*** up their cars here in socal. This is not a thread selling my parts but I wll post one up as soon as I find whats going to happen so please dont ask for any parts. Anyways people should be really carefull when driving cause theres a lot of dumbass ppl out there. Thats all I want to say for now and thanks for reading.

Rep Power: 0 what the hell?! stupid *** drivers... sorry to hear about your car... it looked really good. hopefully something positive can come out of this. be sure to keep us updated on your next project! good luck with everything, hope you get compensated well.
**** man there are a lot of crappy people out on the road espicailly these young teens that shouldnt be driving yet cause they dont know how.. i nearly got hit yesterday going to the meet cause the stupid teen didnt want to slow down and get behind me.. he swerved in my lane making me swerve into another lane.. making it worse he was laughing with his stupid little frend...

Rep Power: 302 Thanks for all the support everyone I really appreciate it. I went to see my car yesterday at the shop and I really had a hard time seeing it. Made me want to cry b/c I miss my baby. Anyways hopefully all this insurance stuff and my lawyer will have everything taken care of. Ill keep everyone updated and a parting out thread if it ever comes to that.
