will allow you to search for your intake and other mods to see if they are CARB certified. Even if they are not you can always have them tested (by a referee, but note this isnt free and may cost more than the ticket).
Best of luck to you and most of those tickets will go bye bye with no problems. put on your front plate, challenge the speeding in court and replace your exhaust.
