Where oh where?
that sounds like a plan. i like my area but i also dont have a set "office" for work. if i did, i would want to live as close to work as i could. it seems like most work is in the east valley right now.
appears to be a pretty decent yard there.
Anyone want to do me a favor?
I would like someone to go check it out tomorrow night around 7pm? I'll give ya $10 for gas via paypal. Bring a camera and take detailed pics. Note things like is it clean, does it smell or anything not normal.
Let me know asap, as I have to let the owner know.

Thats my neighborhood, I can tell you that it is a very clean quiet neighborhood. Specifically where that house is you are walking distance to some restaurants and 2 miles away from the movie theaters and main restaurant area which is also where the 60 is so its a good location from the freeway also. I doubt I will be able to get any pics but I might be able to drive by it and check it out I have my sons football practice tonight and it wont be dont until after dark and leaving out of town tomorrow, I'll see what I can do. My yard is big enough but I am also on a corner.
i really wanted the inside. I can email her to make an appt.
she says the community pool is right across the street. that true?
I just want to make sure I am making a good decision sight unseen.
whats ur IM?

I can cruise by it and take some pics really quick but I know I wont be able to make an appt and meet with anyone for the inside. I drive about 50 miles out of my way just to pick up my son and I know I wont be around at any specific time if even in time. As for the community pool. The entire area is called Islands Drive if you look on the Google map there is a loop called Islands drive that spans about 2 square miles. Within this 2 square miles there are smaller subdivisions, mine has about 100 houses in it so the community pool they are referring to is for that smaller subdivision not for the entire Islands community so it most likely is right across the street but I have never been to it. I can confirm though.
Defenitely I will be back on wednesday and can check it out then. If this works here is the google earth picture, looks like the house is in a cul de sac and the pool is about 5 houses down.

In case you interested here is the info on the house. They call it a patio home but it doesnt look like a patio home. I thought patio homes didnt have yards and were connected to the neighbor.

Let me work on the MLS stuff...
Here I thought it was part influx from rising housing costs and partly a great place to live. I never even thought about the Super Bowl. So what are these people going to do when the game is over, move away? lol
