I drove by that house last night, It looks nice. That google earth map is a littl off. The map shows the house to be the 2nd house in but it is actually in the culdesac and it is directly across from the pool, but the way it is setup it doesnt seem like you would get alot of noise from it. I like the way that neighborhood is set up each street is a culdesac and the only cars in there live there there is no where to go so you dont have to deal with traffic. You can also walk across the street and there is a little grass area and loading dock for the lake if you have a small boat or want to fish. Are you in Canada right now?

No, very light. It is the gutter rails. I bought a roof rack from the U.K. that attaches directly to the mounts in the roof the only problem is that only in the U.K. and Canada do they have the gutter rails that have the pop outs that expose the fix point. So I have to get the gutter rails from Canada to replace mine. That will be cool, We can work it out before you leave.

Dude you mentioned Ahwatukee, I can take pics of Ahwatukee. IT's beautiful here. I love it! It's kind of expensive but its safe and there is a lot close by. Your minutes from the freeway, Firebird International Raceway is a few miles away, you got lots of corporate here too, your located right next to Tempe and Chandler, Airport is minutes away! It's a great safe place and I highly recommend it. Let me know if your interested. Both Chandler and Gilbert are great too, I lived in Chandler for a few years, any of the 3 are great choices!

Ahwatukee is nice. We stayed there for a week in may 03. But there isn't much around as far as rentals are concerned.

It's still on the outskirts of Phoenix. Very urbanized, don't get me wrong, but 5 miles south of it is a LOT of open land.....

the only rentals in ahwatukee are luxury rentals for the most part. You can find some nice condos for around 1,200 a month or be like me and live in a 1900 sq ft house, with a 2.5 car garage for only 1095.00 a month! Much cheaper then the apartment and way more space.
