Ok, I finally have my RE license activated. I am working at condos right now on the westside (pretty nice area), My dad owns a few others in the Biltmore (HELLA NICE AREA), and all around there are others. 1/2 acre-1acre?? About an hour north of Phoenix, I know of tons of land being sold.

I could probably find a lot for you in Phoenix/Scottsdale as well. The prices are raising quickly though.
