Ok, I think everyone knows what my wheels look like since nobody likes them. But they are the Focal f10's. Someone else here has the same ones on there car. My question is the gray part in between the polished parts, is that paint. I took my wheels to have some of the curb rash touched up and they messed up the middle gray part and they are saying that it is some mercedes color paint and that they will repaint it. Is this the case.

No they are "throw-away". Intended only to be used long enough to put other wheels on them. You broke this rule and rolled them too long so they scratched themselves. The other guy rode them too long and his car turned into a giant ugly purple fiberglass/bondo hunk of a thing. DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!!

I love them, I dont want to get rid of them. They said that they will be fixed this weekend and I can pick them up on monday, we'll see what happens.

i dont understand why so many people here hate on focal rims. i know i have the 17" f5. basicly the whole rim has a clear coat on it but the grey part that isn't polished is actually a powder coat. at least thats how mine are. but i dont know the rules for paint and powder coat so you probly have to get the re powder coated. i dont know just my 2 cents.

I like your wheels. BUt than again, I like chrome, haha. So my opinion doesnt matter to 99% of the people on this site. Oh freakin well. On a yellow civic, those would look so sick. You should get your car painted yellow to match the color on the wheels. With lots of clearcoat

Thanks Dallis, now that I have your acceptance I can put them back on. As for the paint, I dont really like the flashy colors. If I was to paint it I would do this like purple brownish color. Looks like Rootbeer. I love it. I think Jesse James has is lamborghini that color.
