When Nitrous explodes.....

I found this on http://www.enhancedhealth.com. the guy had a Nitrous Express bottle in his trunk that exploded. I don't feel so bad about my door ding anymore. The trunk lid went through the garage door.

It had a bottle heater on it with the valve closed. The guy claims negligence on NE because the valve failed. NE claims negligence on HIS fault because the heater was left on.

Ive seen that before...it was a Maxima. The downforce of the explosion actually bent the exhaust up...and trunk lid was in the garage door

i call bs on this one. nitrous doesnt explode like that. and a normal sized bottle, assuming it explodes like that, will not cause that much damage. unless he had a 50 gallon bottle.

kjgracing will become famous soon enough

it hard to beleive that it blew up because of pressure. NX bottles have a blow off
valve if the pressure exceeds 3000 lbs psi. it should have just spewed n2o in the trunk,
or if he had a blow down tube, out the bottom of the car.
