Buying a car...(need info on transferring title)
I'm from OKlahoma and I'm coming down to Ft. Meyers to pick up a car and drive it back. I will be coming in next Saturday afternoon and driving it back on Sunday. My question is, what does the seller need to do to have the title signed over without me there? Can they just sign it over, or do they need to have it notorized? Do I have to be there when it's signed over?

The seller will sign the title over to you, you can get it notarized if you want for your safety but its an option. Depends on the seller if he wants you to sign it in person or not or leave it blank for you to sign later. That you have to talk to him personally. Good luck
