Will a d17a1 fit in a 2007 civic?
Title says it all but I'm replacing a motor in a 2007 civic and it says it's a d17a1 but when I searched to buy a new one it said they only fit in 2001-2005 so I just wanted a second opinion on if this engine is compatible

That's bot the correct engine for that year. A D17 won't fit.
Look on the engine block near the exhaust manifold for the engine number. Should be an R18 I think if it's not an Si. Si has a k engine.
