As you know im going to get a is300
but now i was thinking since i have the cash should i get a type-s swap?
I dk i still like the idea of just chillen in a nice ride with rims and a system and get out of the car stuff for a lil while but i dk what do u think

save ur cash get the IS300, and if you still want the power, swap the motor for a 2JZ and voila u have a turbo'd IS300... the is300 and non-turbo supra's share the same powerplant so you know what the 2jz being swapped into it can do... this disgustingly rich kid just sold his fully built black IS300 to XAT racing after having a custom turbo put in the whole L-tuned lip kit, L-tuned rims... that **** is bad ***, but he's a ***** and said it was too fast for him, so daddy bought him a new M3... lol end of story

Well i have a hook up on the is....I have been talking to a few ppl about that....So i guess i need to answer my own Q and say do i want a nice car for now (not that the civic isnt nice) or do i just wana get a fast car right away...I dk, but i do know that i dont need anymore tickets cuz if i get one more then im screwd for i think they said a year or something....But then it would be tight to roll up in a all stock civic with that motor or roll up in a lexus that im payn for my self with some 20s i dk GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR RRR

Just sell the civic and get the IS300. A civic is still a civic even if it has a K20. The is is a great car and rwd 6sp. It is just as fast if not faster then a K20civic and with just a little mods can be alot faster. Also you get a great interior.

Well now that i have this back bumper prob the shop said 1,414.45 to get a new rear and paint and the bar that goes behind it bla bla well if the store doesnt pay for it and i have to then im thinking im just going to drop the car off in jax and let bc2 have it and kit and paint it for around 1,500 they said....So i have no idea what to do now...And if i did that then i thought hmmmm k20 some nice rims bla bla but i dk this is all really pissing me off....Or with the whole bc2 thing that might help it sell faster and for a few extra bones

just to correct another great man in this post who know's to get rid of the vic... but dave the IS300 comes with either a 4 spd AT tranny or a 5 speed manual... now if he did the ballsy thing in the matter and got the IS and swapped the 1JZ non-turbo motor for the 2JZ twins and the supra 6-speed manual box then it would be a fast mothafucl<a and like you said, have the sexy feeling of suede all around him

you could pick up a few sponsors but u need to hit the shows first then go apply for them. you need to show them ur serious and why they should pick u instead of someone else. get the car, build it as much as you can, go to shows everywhere u can, local shows and big shows, then go after sponsors. i put about alomost 15 grand into my car before i even got my first sponsor now i got like 4. its work man going driving 4+ hrs then cleanin ur ride there then buyin a hotel room being at the show for 8+ hrs then drive back. its hard work and can get tiring but I LOVE IT.

he does have a point ryan. just look at mike lundys is in jax if you get up there anytime soon. he put the veilside kit on it with some 19,s installed a nasty *** sytem a t.v. and a safc. his **** is set.
last time i saw it he had two rockord sp3's two 2400 sub amps all rockford 6x9's and a 1200 watt amp for his 6x9's. hes also has the pioneer 9500 head unit that is pretty much impossible to get a hold of now unless you know someone who has one. its all in a glass enclosure that he built i was told i never saw the entire finished product. heard it was off the chain though.
