More rice than a Chinese Restaurant..
Jeezz....what is with people these days?
I go to pick up my friend at her school, so Im waiting there in a line of cars. A red 6th gen pulls of next to me, a DX. The first thing that caught my eye was the heinous graphics he had put on. It looked like someone spooged all over the side of it, it was disgusting. Next I notice the red electrical tape he used to tape off his tail lights so it looked molded? I dont even know what he was thinking. Then I see the "DOHC VTEC" stickers (4 of them to be exact) placed randomly along his vehicle. Call me stupid, but I don't even think DX's have a VTEC, let alone a DOHC VTEC
Well, the bell rings and the kids pile out. It was a feckin rice parade I tell ya! There was a mid 90's Taurus that was pretty damned proud to be a Taurus. He had a big "TAURUS" sticker across his windshield, and a "TAURUS" sticker that went along the side of his car diagonally. Could we guess the next sticker covering his backwindow? Let me help you out, a HUGE apc sticker. Gah... There was also this Daewoo with a double decker aluminum spoiler.
Ok, so its night time now. Im cruisin in the CLK and i see this totally riced out ZX2 get on the highway. I do a U-turn and get on so I can play around a little bit. I hadn't really seen it closely before, so I was in shock when I actually got up to him. Ridiculous wing, unpainted kit, an X-Racing sticker, and the weirdest part was what he painted right below his license. "ZX2 - RPA2" Wtf is that supposed to mean? I sped up next to him to see if he'd toy with me, but he got off at the next exit
For how small a town I live in, it seems more and more ricers come into the mix day by day. Its really a terrible and scary thing.

It's cool IMO let them look stupid...if they think what they are wasting their money on is cool...then good for them. I do not hate them simply because they always provide me with a good laugh...

Rep Power: 375 The best one I've ever seen was downtown Cincinnati. IT was a Geo Metro to start. Blue, but the driver door was red and the passenger door was green. Had cut springs bouncing around on 13 inch wire wheels. Dual exhaust and the tips where only 1 and 1/2 inches. LOL. And to top it off it had a Mercedes symbol on the front of the hood!! LOL. I almost cried I laughed so hard.

Rep Power: 291 ricers are the only thing driving the aftermarket. just remember that. they may not know what a boost gauge or a catback exhaust is but they do spend the money, if they didn't, the true import fan would still be paying 800 dollars for a front bumper kit cus there werent any demand. so next time, dont laugh at a ricers cus they look stupid....

I once saw a early 90s hatch running around with primered doors, a black (read BLACK, not carbon fiber) hood and crooked DOHC VTEC decals on the front fenders. The guy reved, I bit and he promptly kicked my *** (i didnt think i was going to need the nitrous, obviously). Turns out he had swaped a B18C engine in it and gutted the **** out of his hatch (curb weight STOCK is ~2200 LBS).
