my night of shame.....
Ok so im rolling down the road at like 60mph.. just minding my own business when this debadged oldsmobile alero rolls up and matches my speed
i look over and i couldnt tell who was driving it... so i figured i would play around with him so i downshifted to get about 2 car lengths ahead of him.
now at this point im going like 70-80 now heres the wierd part... so im 2 cars ahead and then he passes me probablly going like 90 or so, it reminded me of that c5r vs dsm video which im sure we have all seen, now i downshift it again... and he speeding up even more... i hit 100 and im still behind by about 3 cars...
i dont know what happend it was sooo sad... but what im trying to figure out is if the aleros can come with superchargers as an option...
it didnt look like it was tuned at all i mean i didnt hear a turbo, or anything else...
ok after that... im driving home and im waiting at the rail road tracks cause the lights were flashing.... now this saturn comes up behind me and goes around me while the lights are going... now im looking for the train coming... and i see the light which is about 3 blocks away.. so i decide to gun it and see what kinda ***** this guy is... so im on his tail matching speed and whatnot... im pushing him and he presses his brakes... because im on his ***.. so i brake too and he stops about 7-8 cars before the light... there are no cars, and the light is green.... and we go to a complete stop... im sitting there and im thinking what the hell... and he lets go of the brake, and goes into the turn lane.. now i see this... and as he is about half way in the lane, i gun it.. now i have stayed about 1.5-2 cars behind him the entire time... and as im flying by him... he honks at me!!!! and im thinking ok.. i deserve that for tailgating you... but you didnt need to stop...

my friends 24 hatch had a sohc vtec and its pretty quick, but he lined up to an oldsmobile(dont know whichone) and when they left the line the oldsmobile just kept dusting him..... pretty badly too!! and it was automatic!! AND IT DIDNT LOOK LIKE IT WAS GOING FAST! lol

Rep Power: 0 those alero's V8's i think...unles my friend's have an engine swap. but i know they got V6's for sure. they are fast suckers.

Rep Power: 425 You can't get an Alero V8... the Aurora comes with a V8 option... the Alero can be had with the 3.4L which can get it moving at a pretty good clip. I don't think the 3800 V6 is available, it might be.... but I do know for sure the Supercharged 3800 is not available...

Rep Power: 339 Yeah, no doubt, Alero's are quick, V6 power. No new Oldsmobile comes with stick though. Aurora, something Civic's cant touch on straight aways. I think there is an opitional supercharged Aurora, am I right? Like the Bonneville?
