hey lakkaida, the vibration, if at highway speeds tends to make cheaper tires wobble under stressful tire rotation, like a hundred mph for an hour, your tires arent made to handle that, our stock anyway, so get an alignment check, check on rotars to be surfaced for brakes, brake pads, and if you lowered it, get it aligned, thats the first thing u do when u lower ur car, so if that doesnt answer ur questions, pm me for more answers, and if the 99 si is bone stock, ill peace on em, by at least a car length, and ill pull on em hard to 60 before they actually shut it down. ive raced 15.6 civics that are Si's with mods, ive hung, and had my bell rung, but ive beaten plenty to let u know dohc vtec is nothing special unless it has the ride mods, like any other car, heheh

i never go to 1/4 track. and yes, i install a high flow cat converter. and after i've done all these mods, i've got like 109 to the wheel..
