Civic vs WRX

I am looking to buy a turbocharged Integra swapped Civic but all my friends are saying that it's just a piece of **** honda and are claiming that my friends 2011 hatchback stock WRX would beat it in a dead start drag 1/4 mile or 1/2 mile. What do you guys think? Should I challenge him? Here is the list of the mods the civic has (WRX is stock):

Ask your friend how much his car payment is. I'm sure the civic will be cheaper.

I have no idea about the tires. not an sti. The civic is $3200 on craigslist

FWD drag car are not the best way to go

the fun on them is turning corners

some do that, but it will drik up all the monies to do that
