Rep Power: 270 Stock here in Arizona 17.5. With a k20 15.5 or lower depending on how you drive. So i guess where the cars run good your look at about 16.5 and 14.5. Thats just a rough estimate because it depends on a lot of other factors that come into play. There is members running 13's with k20 head and k24 block.

Rep Power: 227 I ran 14.2 with crappy 60' times and poor conditions (weather, track). I have a k20a2 with I/H/E and Kpro tunned. My car has around 150lbs shaved (with the heavier engine it is about the same weight as a stock 7thgen ~2600lbs). I would say that on a cool fall day at a better track, high 13s should not be much of a problem even with my crappy 60'. With better traction and more 60' practice, on a cool fall day at a nice track mid 13s would be a deffinate possiblity.
Just a Kswap with no extras in a normal weight civic should run mid 14s all day.
