99 ex i/h/e vs. 328i

I have a 99 ex with aem v2 cai, dc sports ceramic header, and a tanabe cat back. I also have some grip with 17X7 toyos. My friend has a 96 328i. I know he has 190 at the crank. Will my weight advantage counter his power advantage. Weigh in and give me your opinion.
