nitrous malfunction.... must read!!!

to cut the story short, forget the scion, I made a full 90 degree turn with the nitrous on and luckily didnt damage anything. My low oil-pressure light came on shortly after that mistake and stalled for a second. I was just wondering what this could be, did I do any internal dmg?

mods please move to street forum if this is not the appropriate place to post this thread cause I was debating on posting this in the track/street forum...

First off are you retarded? Why would you be speeding at 100 in a 40?? What do you expect? Slow the FVCK down. And if a truck is chlling waiting to turn. Then slow down, and wait till he turns..Don't be doing stupid illegal turns and crap...

btw...your post made no sense....You made the left turn and then you beat a sion in neutral??? .....

im jsut guessing that sinec your oil sits on the bottom and you turn hard enough, it might trick the opil pressure sensor into thinking there less oil cause of the sharp turn and making the oil slide to one side........

my motor does stupid things like, trying to get it to warm up to use vtec, sometimes it wont go off for like 10 minutes after i start her up...
i have to turn it off then back to get the vtec to work.. only happened a few times, 2 actually, but its stupid things like that, that i hate cause i cant figure them out...

yeah, but the battery light came on too at the same time. It was very odd, something I never experienced before. Im going to change my oil before using it again. I been using synthetic for 7k miles and this is the outcome.

if you feel your VTEC isn't engaging is it best not to rev the car high, just pull over turn it off and start her up again?

Your car just did what it was supposed to. the oil sloshed away from the pick up tube (because of the turn) this caused a sudden drop in oil pressure, the ecu senses this, and stalls you motor.

I am sorry, but I am not getting where nitrous fits into the equation. 90 deg turn + nitrous=fvck up ??? The nitrous had nothing to do with it. Since you edited your post I am assuming that you were hitting the nitrous at high speeds made an avasive movment and the low oil pressure light fliped on. I would say that if you were going very, very fast and made a quick turn then it may do that from the amount of G forces. However unless you have made alot of steering modifications to your civic I don't see you making a turn that creates enough force to do so without compleatly understeering and just sliding sideways. I have no clue what this post is about LOL??????????
