2004 integra and pontiac grand am
Me vs Grand am = 7 car lengths by 60 from a stop without launching. nuff said.
The most notable thing I'd seen in a long time, however, was a car I initally thought was some ricer. I came up behind it, not sure what to expect, and sure enough... it was a true Honda Integra Type R. I pulled up next to the guy at a light, and he had said it was a 2004. I was amazed as I've never seen this car in person, and the last time I'd seen anything like it was when I raced an R32 skyline and before that a Honda Civic Type R.
He didn't want to really race, but he was up for a little run from a roll. He was still getting used to shifting with his left hand, so we started from a 20mph roll. Right away it was dead even, and if not for his slower shift, he'd have probably stayed more even with me. I shut down at 70mph with a few cars on him, but it was cool enough at the least.
A quick thumbs up and we were both on our way.

K20A should have 220PS.... or 215.6HP. Not many of those around in the US... must be great to come up on top....
hopefully it doesnt take him too long to learn to shift with the left hand... didnt take me too long..............

the honda integra type r has 215hp. to put it in perspective, a stock integra type R would probably be a bit slower or about the same as an RSX type S with the hondata flash. to my knowledge that is.

the car was gorgeous looking. definitely far meaner looking than an RSX. dont know why. maybe it was the wing and type r badging, body molding, etc. beautiful white color.
the type r would be alot faster then the type s, well not a lot but it would be faster. how the hell did that guy get a type r in the us?????????i wonder how hard it is to take left turns with RHD lol

actually, if your steering wheel is on the right side, then most likely you'll be driving on the "other side of the road" compared to the US and Canada.... so left turns over in other parts of the world are just like our right turns...
