So im driving down the road, and this truck is tailing the **** outa me... he changes lanes REALLY fast, and gets next to me, i cant really see his face because the trunk is lifted, all i can see is the wheels lol, and he keeps pounding on his gas, jerking the truck forward, so i look forward, open road, i look around, no cops, so i say... WHY NOT, im going about 40 mph, and i drop it into 2nd getting ready for it, he hears my exhaust get loud and he takes off, gets a head start, so i floor it. by the middle of 3rd gear, im catching up, and by the end of 3rd gear im neck and neck with him, end of 4th gear, im about 3 cars ahead of him, we get a red light and he puts his window down, i ask emm, is that a v6 or v8? he says V8, and he asks, hey man, u got a turbo in that? i say, no, its stock. and he says BULL **** DAMN RICER, peals out and drives away

Was he serious about it being a V8? cus if he is, that **** is slow, all i have is catback and intake.

Yeah man I smoked a v-8 f150 the other day, they weigh too much to be that fast. Also, did he have big mud tires on it? Because I used to have a '78 f-250, lifted 6 inches and 36 inch **** cepek tires on it. And those tires slow em down some, those things had to weigh like 100lbs each.

Modified turbo diesels can be VERY fast... much faster than you think.

The 4.6L and 5.4L V8 equipped F series trucks are pretty damn slow though.

but not all trucks are slow, most of the higher end models can actually own a d17.

Lol, you beat it because it was a Ford. The other day a Lifted F-250 V10 I believe it was tried racing me and it turned out even. Now, Chevy Yukons on the other hand gave me a run for my money, heh.

My last "race" was w/ an f150 a few months ago from a roll, and I won by about 2 car lenghts. I was also really surprised since my car is bone stock, and I have 2 12's in my trunk. We stopped at the next light, and saw Triton v8 on the side of the truck...Couldn't believe my eyes. I guess theire not that fast if a civic can take them.

i see ur boosted. i raced a Lighting F-150 with slicks. I had a stock motor. I would catch up to him on every exit. But that thing would just pull away on every straight throwing tire debris on my windshield.
