one of my good friends recently purchased an s14 silvia rhd and let me tell you, it is quite an experience. the car set him back 10 g's lacking a cd player, seats, engine and transmission, and passenger side kick panel... but none of that was a problem because this friend also happens to work at heavythrottle (a very reputable 240/silvia tuning shop in ny) so he got all that stuff at wholesale... sparco torinos... s15 motor with hks fmic... rsr exmag gtII exhaust... various other goodies he wont tell me about this car is crazy... anyway the other night we took it to the track and with me sitting in the passenger seat he pulled off a 13.9... and this is meerly a hint of things to come i cant wait to see this car when its done. idk just thought i'd share that with you guys.

Rep Power: 0 lol its been a while since this post but i thought i'd just verify that no it IS a turbo s14 and it IS right hand drive he bought it off this crazy japanese dude who imported it from, you guessed it, japan. and that 13.9 i mentioned should be a 12.9... he's since broken into the high 11s it's quite the car.

A lot of wannabes with 240sx's out there. They all think that since they got a rear wheel drive cars that it is capable miracles. I saw this vid of a dude hitting a sidewalk trying to power slide his car. 
People make fun of civics for being rice, these guys should also be on the same boat.
I have a bud with a 1992 coupe 240sx automatic he thinkS for 4k canadian he's gonna do 12s. I was like modenas challenge stradales do 12s. I'm not saying its not possible to do 12s in a modded 240 but I think he's dreaming for 4 k. PS are 18"(might be 17s I'm not sure) gram lights for $1400 US a good deal or is it standard price(BTW there USED), thats what he paid.
