04 Spec-V vs 99 GSR & S2k
the first race was vs a blue 99 gsr with oem lip kit and **** on it he tried to race me when my exh was ****ed up and if i bvanged any gears my exh woulda been ****ed so i got it fixed and i saw him last night i rolled up next to him at a light he looked so the other light turned yellow so i heard him start to rev for launch so i did too i launched at 2500 and pulled a car out of the hole i have a short *** redline (6200) so i got a good shift pulled another half a car then hit VTEC and made it one car i hit 3rd and he hit vtec and made it half a car then i just pulled until about 1 full car and we shut down.....then we did it from a 40 roll....i did a 3 beep and dropped my car from 3k in 2nd at like 35 and instantly pulled a car and kept him off...the guy said he had a cone filter and some ghetto intake im bone stock and had 3 ppl in car while he had 2
Second race was vs my boys s2k with Spugen single exh, and comptech intake so we were messing around and he was like whens ur redline i was like like 6k hes like ok so we did a 3 beep and i dropped it from like 3500 from 30 in second and i took off he did too we were dead even i was like WTF then i shifted still dead even then he pulled about 2 cars i was like yo whts going on (bc i know i cant beat an s2k this kid ran 13.5 wit just exh) so he was like well u have to shift at 6k so we did too i was like oo he was like yea that was pretty even i was like hell yea then we just all cruised around and **** it was fun
No BS Calls bc an S2K shifting at 6k when the redline is 9k slows it down a whole lot thats like u guys shifting 3k before ur redline against a POS car it would be a bettter race but if u redline shifted ud smoke it easily

It kinda pisses me off when people say the S2k has no power before 6000rpm then do some dumb *** experiment like this to show it.
Tell you what, use only 2/3 of your redline and shift at 4000rpm every time. you're in 4th gear before you even hit 60mph.
For that matter use 2/3 of any car's redline and you'll see similar results. a civic could probably smoke a mustang if the mustang only used 2/3 of it's redline too.
