Question vic vs. talon

hey guys i have a question, i was on my way home from school tonight and this guy in a talon pulls and cathces up to me and starts jumping his car, and i didnt race him but i was wondering can our vics beat a stock eagle talon, i have an aem sri intake, top speed header, megan high flow cat and tanaba cat back exhaust, do you guys think i could have taken him. i have an ex by the way

dang that stinks i was hoping i could take him oh well, so you think even the baseline talon we couldnt beat

The baseline talon, laser, eclipse have a peak hp of 110 at the wheels of that old bodystyle. They usually feel slower than that when you drive them too. If you don't see tsi, gts, gst, gsx, go for it.

No man, the newer eclipses can basically dominate us, assuming that it's a manual. I've beaten an older eclipse GS before, but when I race my friends 97 Turbo Talon, I get the **** kicked outa me.

those older Eclipse/Talon GST's and GSX's if they are tuned and built properly can be some sick cars. there used to be a white sleeper around here that was fast as allllll hell. he would walk all over stang gt's and z28's

yeah those things are slow as f@wk! especially the RS with the 4cylinder engine

sometimes ill pick on those cuz the cars to heavy for that engine
