6th Gen vs. 7th Gen
6th Gen vs. 7th Gen
Which are faster stock? And I mean evenly matched: 6th Gen Dx vs. 7th Gen Dx, 6th Gen Ex vs. 7th Gen Ex, and 6th Gen Si vs. 7th Gen Si, etc. Also, which engines respond better to mods??
based on what i know, the 6th gen civics came with a 1.6L engine. with the 7th gen increased displacement to 1.7L, we get more torque at a lower rpm, but with same horsepower ratings. so it is REALLY close. but i think the 7th gen weighs like 50 pounds more than the 6th gen, but i also think the 7th gen is more aerodynamic...

well........auto vs auto.......
7th gen pulls away slowly but surely .....my bros ex had 6gen and used to race all the time.
for some reason, the 6 gen feels faster due to shorter gearing but when u race....the 7th gen wins .
