Rep Power: 0 PAPI2001 please don't take offense to this cause I'm willin to help you but .....
I'm wondering if this was your first time out to a track?
Some advice:
lower your tire pressure in the front to 18 psi raise the back to about 40 psi
If you are on the .500 is perfect tree then STOP redlighting wait til you see the last yellow light turn on then go this will give you very good R/t's and you shouldnt redlight. looks like you are going on the first light maybe the 2nd.
Your launches look like 70% of your problem. 2.7 60' is just a big no -no .
Also I noticed your other 17 second run. It looks like you might be shifting at radom rpms. do you not have a tach? if not get one! Seems to me like your shifts are irratic and a lil slow.
but keep practicing and you'll get there! you should be able to hit mid 16's with your current setup!! Good Luck

Rep Power: 0 i'm pretty sure its a .000 because i didnt red light once.....and i am shifting at random rpm's because i wanna see where it works better for me .... and yes i do have a tach.... but my launches are weak i know that.... I'm a lil worried about going that low on tire pressure... do u think it might mess up my rims or its ok?

Rep Power: 0 well at least you know you were shifting at different rpms!! From my experience the best place to shift is right before fuel cutoff on almost any car. that way you land in the peak powerband!!!
If you worry bout beating the guy next to you then your R/T's are kinda high. You should launch at the third yellow light!
Not bad for 2nd time out shows you're actually trying to get faster!
with the tire pressure you'll be fine! The tires will heat up and expand giving you more traction, less spin. You raise the rear tire pressure to reduce rolling resistance.
I'm wondering if you are giving it too much gas on the launch? when you let off the clutch you should NOT go full throttle. you only go full throttle when you feel the car start to hook!
Also try taking vids of your run from inside the car it'll help you to see what you may be doing wrong!! Good Luck!

Rep Power: 0 you need to controll how har dyou step on the gas. you should get 2.2's without drag radials or slicks. until then you arent driving right! so I suggest workin in it and then upgrading to drag tires!
