Me VS Modded Bimmer

happened tonight on the way home from work. was driving down a pretty straight, desolet road. a car kinda got beside me and floored it, he got about 20 yards up the road and had to stop because of a car in front of him. when he passed me i realized it was a bmw 325i. i got passed him and waited for him to swing in behind me and then in front of the car that slowed him from doing his ricer flyby. i dropped it down to third at about 4500rpms. i turned on my nitrous switch and checked the pressure which was right at 1050lbs. when he got even with me i let him make the first move and then floored it. i immediately put 2.5 cars on him and we pretty much stayed there all the way until i shut down at 110.

he pulled up next to me and gave me the thumbs up. i noticed he had some gauges on his pillar and i heard him shift so im assuming it was a stick. he also had a dtm exhaust. after he gave me the thumbs up i kinda fell behind. i caught back up to him and he asked me if i was running a turbo, lol, i said no nitrous, but still felt good to make a strong enough run to confuse someone. i am however saving for the sf kit, and anyone running nitrous i strongly recommend a bottle warmer, makes all the difference.

p.s. anyone know anything about the 325i, looked like an older one, maybe 95 or 96ish. thanks.

lol, happiness in a bottle indeed.

i found out that the 2003 BMW 325i Sedan is a 2.2L inline 6, putting down 168hp, costing around $34000 new. the guy i ran was in a sedan, i cant find any info on the 95s though...

the 95 has less hp than the 2003. I believe it has about 140-145 hp. I'm not sure though.

Even though BMW's 3 series has that 'little' claimed crank HP. they are still pretty quick. Their new 330's with like... 225 or so HP, can make it to 60 in about 6 seconds or so, not exactly sure.
