Thumbs down Harrased by a ricer :(

this morning was really annoying/scary/frustrating. i've been harrased by some ricer that thinks its fun to fu(k around with the normal populace.

i had dropped off my sister from school and was a bit thirsy so i went to the local 7-eleven (o thank heaven) to get a small slurpee. i was leaving at about the same time some *** in a 6th gen was and he noticed me. as im leaving, he cuts me off (was like 1 cm from hitting me!!!!!!!!!!) to get to the exit, i wasnt mad at that point because i though he hadnt seen me, i did pull up kinda fast, nervous twitch. so, im behind him and we stop at a red light, he starts to back up slowly, as if to freak me out.. getting closer and closer, he was probably hoping id freak out and honk my horn, but i did no such thing (besides, if he had hit me, i probably would just ram into him.... ricers really **** me off), i just kept my cool and payed attention to the road, at the last second he lunges forward to barely avoid hitting me.

the light turns green and im just like fvck him, im outta here. i take a right and im followed, he starts to box me (you know like change lanes, go behind me speed up, change lanes,). i still ignore him. i seriously do not know what rammed this guy in the @ss so hard in the morning because he pulls up ahead of me and slams his goddam brakes!!!!!!! (if anyone has seen the "go with the flow" music video from queens of the stone age, imagine the driver of the other funky truck, that was met, i totally freaked)

i dont even remember how i avoided hitting him, instinct i guess, but at this point i was furious. i took out a pen and wrote down his liscense plate #, but he still followed me around. WTF!!! i was really scared at this point. i didnt even know this guy and hes trying to kill me on the road. as any rational person would do, i look for something hard (and thorwable ) so i find a bag of jam nuts i needed for a project and throw it at his damn car. i know it hit because i heard a clank and i just high tail it outta there by turning right in the second to the rightmost lane and i lose him there (i checked to see if there was any traffic.) i pull into the parking of the norwalk city hall in front of the amc theathres where i proceed to take off my sweater (trying to mask myself ) walk into the courthouse, i find an officer and told him what happened.

this happened like at 7:45 to 8:20. he did other things too, but they take too long to list. i just listed some major ones. another question, where in the hell where the cops?? i was praying that an officer would stop me, id get a tickect, but i would not have cared. i guess they elsewhere. seriously, that guy needs to be taken off the road. i did nothing to **** him off and his little prank went just Waaaaaaaaay to far. i dont have a cell phone but im gonna get one now.

Trouble always seem to look for me

well, i dont think giving the plate number to the officer will do anything, its your word against his, but that does suck. i hate when fools try to egg you into racing or just plain being ****s on the road.

and sorry to hear about your parakeet.

i wouldn't recommend throwing crap at other peoples cars, personal experience, you might not know how they will react. As now some kid needs some body work done cause he thought it would be cool to throw a drink at my car. Although the ricer in your case was really asking for an *** kickin.

Whenever im out looking for a race if the other person doesn't want to race, i'll respect that and be on my merry way.But the way that dude acted is just f***ed up. No ones ever done that to me but i don't think i could resist embarrasing them in my mazda. Sometimes i just wish i had some $10 POS car so when someone slams on there brakes or cuts me off i could just run right into them. And be like "Oh well your fault"

Man i share your view....but the problem with it is that no one ever does anything stupid when u have a beater. I drove a 94 ford taurus for my first car that was passed down by my older brother after destroying it. He had done so many things to that car it was amazing. So we would drive that thing like it didn't matter and i swear, when u drive a beater around people get the hell out of your way, as if u were driving a lifted F-350. There were so many times where i wanted people to get mad and stop short so i could get rid of it but it never happened. Now that i drive alittle nicer car, 2002 ex, people are ****s on the road

Thumbs up Here is what you should do.

Do what I personally did once. Some jackazz started messing with me and wouldn't stop. So, I called the police and told them that someone was flashing a gun from their car and then gave them the description of the car that was messing with me. (My uncle is a policeman and he said that is the best way to nail someone. Police take gun calls VERY seriously.) They will find the guy, pull him over and take him out of the car at gunpoint. If the officers happen to ask you what happened, just tell them that you thought it was a gun.

Ya, that does sound very affective to get the police's attention but that just does not seem very legal at all.....

The gun thing is a really good idea.
By the way, if you see the ricer again, just pull out your key, and scratch the crap out of his car, especially if he has one of those expensive paint jobs on his car. Why did you call him a ricer though? Just cause he was driving a 6th gen? Or was it all riced out???
