1/4 mile drag with Video.
Well, I ran a decent time considering following conditions... I have an axel-back exhaust, an ebay short ram, and Jet ECU. I have a 300lb system in my trunk now that I cant take out without 3 hours of time. Now I also ran it with stock firestones up front, and a slippery *** track, everyone there was complaining about the lack of traction... Anyway, ran a 16.525 at 82.59. Did an insane burnout but my friend only caught the end of it, I was completely stopped on with the tires just spinning. I raced my cousin in his bone-stock turbo Mazda Speed Protege. Decent race, ended up...well, you'll see.

they're usually fast, I was racing my cousin. He never raced before and he was catching up in the end, but I definately out launched him. Turbo cars are slightly harder to launch but obviously have much better top end. Either way, 3rd to 4th just kills me, I find the my times are better if I shift out of 3rd closer to 64-6500 rpms rather than approach redline. I figure if I feel up to it, I'll gut the car and race with the same mods, see how much better I can do.

that kid talking about this "race" with his 86 ranger is talking out of his ***, one of my friends was in that truck, they asked me to race, i said no, then they took off. since then he's been telling peeps he "smoked me" in his 86 ranger. needless to say, this issue is being taken care of lol

if you had seen it from the beginning you would have been in awe, i just pulled up my ebrake, revved to about 5500 and dumped the clutch then kept it pinned. expect a better burnout in about a week and a half
