The STI or the new Evo. What would you go for?

Id go for the STi simply cause the evo's motor is running so much boost stock (19.5 psi), I don't think it can handle much more. While the Sti has less boost but more power thanks to its larger displacement.

This again? How many of these threads do we actually need? Naming a thread differently doesn't make its contents different from the others.

LOL so true, but I would take the STi b/c of the bigger block for future mods.

It seems to me that this might be in the wrong area... perhaps the creator should reconsider posting in the correct forum?

EVO with the vishnu package = another $4k which SCC says is faster than the porsche they tested. But I'd like to see the longevity of the EVO's engine.

I would take the evo because it is actually legal for rally racing because the sti has to much displacment. Rally can only go up to 2.0 liters sti is 2.5 hahaha stupid sti

STI, no question about it. I heard some really bad things about the evo.
